Rates in added beds: up to 3 years free of charge, from 3 years to 12 years -50% of the rate per person, from 12 years full rate (the rates include the stay with breakfast)
Reservation & Cancellation policy: to consider a reservation definitive we require the indication of credit card details or a deposit payment (cost of the first night) to guarantee the booking. Please be aware that no penalty fee will be applied on cancellations made up to 1 week prior to scheduled arrival date. In case of no shows or short-term cancellations (made later than 1 weeks before planned arrival date), as well as in case of earlier departure or delayed arrival, the deposit (cost of the first night) will be charged or it is possible to charge the complete amount of the stay to your credit card. There is also the possibility to keep the deposit for the next time.
