Do you have private parking?
Yes, of course. We know how valuable parking is in Bardolino, which is why we offer our guests a safe private parking area. This allows you to forget about your car for the entire stay.

Is access to the Sensus SPA included in the stay?
Yes, access to the wellness areas is included for hotel guests. The SPA features a sauna, steam bath, relaxation areas with natural materials and exclusive treatments available on reservation.
Is the pool heated?
Yes, there is a whirlpool connected to the SPA area, located within the hotel’s flower-filled park. It is ideal for a relaxing bath even on cooler days of the season.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Rooms are available from 2:30 pm. On the day of departure we kindly ask guests to vacate the room by 10:30 am. If you arrive earlier, we will be happy to store your luggage.
Do you accept pets?
Yes, your four-legged friends are welcome on request, with a small supplement for the final cleaning.
Do you offer gluten-free or vegan breakfast options?
Absolutely. Our breakfast buffet includes fresh local products as well as options for guests with food intolerances. Please inform us at the time of booking.
